Location
Sandy Beach Resort is located oposite the beautiful Noosa River, 5 minutes drive (4 Km's) from Noosa main beach.
Noosaville is the heart of Noosa with fabulous cafes, great shopping, family friendly environment and easy access to everything Noosa has to offer.
Noosa is 160 km north of Brisbane, and 250 km north of the Gold Coast. Driving from central Brisbane or Brisbane airport is a pleasant 90 minute drive up the Bruce Highway. Turn off at the intersection for Eumundi which is also signposted to Noosa Heads.
Noosa can be reached by car, train, by bus or use a pre-booked transfer from the Brisbane or Sunshine Coast Airports.
Getting Here
Air
Door to door transfer servicea are available from Brisbane and Sunshine Coast airports. Taxis are very expensive.
Sunshine Coast Airport is about 25 minutes from Noosa.
Train
From Brisbane Queensland Railway offers a two or three hour service to Nambour that includes a bus connection to Noosa from Nambour. Trains depart from Central Station or Roma Station in Brisbane.
Bus
Suncoast Pacific operates nine return trips a day from Roma Street Terminal in central Brisbane with a stop at Brisbane airport about 30 minutes later. The trip to Noosa takes about 3 hours with several quick stops along the way.
